OUR STORY
Fat Tuesday Celebrations, LLC was born out of a mix of love, travel, and honoring a legacy. Ayana and Donald Smith, who married in 2004, often visited New Orleans, immersing themselves in its rich culture and unique cuisine.
After Donald's passing in 2018, Ayana founded Fat Tuesday Celebrations to keep his memory alive. The company brings the authentic flavors of New Orleans' Cajun, Creole, and Southern cuisine to life, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to ensure every dish bursts with vibrant, natural flavors.
